ERIK A. JOHANSSON

Erik is a graduate of the University of South Florida (12/1971) with a degree in Business Administration. Erik founded Landmark/Johansson, Inc. in 1984 and specialized in custom home construction in Winter Haven, FL.  He was subsequently employed as a Superintendent for two prominent Winter Haven commercial construction companies.  While still completing various residential projects in his free time, Erik was employed from 1994 thru 2018 in the Facilities Department of the largest U.S. property/casualty insurance company, working specifically as a Leasing Specialist and as a Project Manager for commercial tenant improvements in leased facilities and remodel projects for company owned facilities. Erik holds a Florida Building Contractors License (CBC047762) and a Florida Real Estate Brokers License (BK325273).
